Refund Policy

● I refund only if items are damaged in transit. My pieces are packed very carefully, but should the item arrives broken, please photograph the damage immediately and email me the image. Contact me within the day and I will then refund you the cost of the item only via PayPal. There is no refund for the postal cost.

● There is no refund if you change your mind about the item when it arrives nor if it breaks after it is in your care. So, please choose carefully before you pay. 

● Unsolicited returns are not accepted.

● I do not repair broken work. However, I can advice you how best to go about it. Please email me if you need any tips and I'll do my best to help.
