MY WORK
● All my pieces are handformed and hand decorated, and will contain some form of imperfection and variation which are in no way faulty. I tend to think of them as my makers mark. Items have been photographed under natural lighting. Please understand that the actual colour of my products will vary slightly from the digital image represented on screen here.
● I am not available for custom work and wholesale/consignment orders.
SHIPPING
Your item will be posted within 5-7 business days of total payment clearing.
A) WITHIN AUSTRALIA
● Domestic parcels are sent using Regular Parcel Post + Tracking
● Express Post is NOT available as an upgrade during checkout. Please email me if you want Express Post.
● This costing is an estimate for a parcel (item + packaging) weighing up to 500g and for heavier work, up to 1 kg and over. Any more than that, the buyer will be notified to make up the difference before the parcel can be sent. It is hard to know the exact postal charge especially with multiple pieces in the cart, so don't be alarmed if the postal cost seems unusually high. If there is an overcharge, the difference will be refunded via PayPal.
● As Postal services can be unpredictable, delivery delays can happen which is outside of my control. The Buyer is advised to check for delivery using the Tracking number provided or call the Australia Post Customer Service line for further enquiries.
B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
● IMPORTANT: Buyers are responsible for any additional Custom duties, import taxes/fees and Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be imposed when parcel arrives in his/her destination. Please note the product price during checkout excludes VAT and custom tax/fees.
● International parcels are sent using the Standard Australia Post Parcel service which has tracking included.

It normally takes within 10 - 14 business days for International delivery (depending on where you are), excluding Custom time but sometimes delays can be up to 6 weeks.
